Strategies will matter for these machines, good for Ohio:

"Machines must adhere to GLI 11 version 2.1 release date August 21, 2011 except for the following: Each reference to a payout percentage shall be replaced by not less than eightyfive (85%) percent of the theoretical payout percentage as approved by the OLC. The OLC does not adopt sections 1.1 and 1.2 and any revisions history."

"3.3.6 Live Game Correlation. Unless otherwise denoted on the payglass, where the gaming device plays a game that is recognizable to be a simulation of a live casino game such as Poker, Blackjack, Roulette, etc., the same probabilities associated with the live game shall be evident in the simulated game. For example, the odds of getting any particular number in Roulette where there is a single zero (0) and a double zero (00) on the wheel, shall be 1 in 38; the odds of
drawing a specific card or cards in Poker shall be the same as in the live game."
So the good news is, video poker at racinos is legally obligated to play randomly just like at the Horseshoe. But will the paytables at the racino be as good as the blah paytables Horseshoe? I doubt it. I would expect as low as 6/5 JoB or 6/5 DDB at the racino. Anything higher would be a pleasant surprise to me.

How will playing these machines be using perfect strategy vs. the Horseshoe? Will it matter what you hold or discard? Or am I better to just play at the Cleveland Horseshoe Casino. Thank you.
