He's on something. Several favorites come to mind that are well known in the hospitality industry. There's profit to be had so the suits are willing to deal to him. Station casinos has some tragic history with drug abuse.

While I would gladly love to take a guy out playing two machines on a high demand day (with the equivalent of a poison dart), I think it's presumptuous to write that no one can play quickly in that manner with solid accuracy.

Solid focus and concentration are a hard commodity to come by in a busy casino.  Nonetheless, I have no doubt that a select few are motivated to achieve it, even under the most arduous play circumstances.

The Chevron cards are also valid for use at Texaco stations.

What you can say, with some certainty, is that the guy is likely giving up any advantage to mistakes.  I have been playing for years, and seen a zillion guys like this come and go.  And on watching their play closely, they aren't playing well enough to have an advantage.  Not to mention being arseholes when the casino is crowded and they are taking up two machines at a time.  (my opinion, anyways)
