Once you start the process, commission staff will call montelago and tell them to cut you a check because its a Big PIA for the GC to do what they told you has to be done to get you a state check.
It would be interesting factoid as to number of folks Trespass/year.
Doesn't seem published on GC website.
But social networking advertising of experiences like yours, doesn't help the viability of a casino in lake las vegas (nor lake las vegas itself). We looked at a home in LLV last month. $350K for a beautiful home but the HOA charges are like $7K/yr. Apprently LLV didn't pay for the infrastructure up-front something called SIDS.

They said to call the Slot Club Manager Monday to try to work out an arrangement for collecting the money, and they would assist if that attempt was unsuccessful. The agent confirmed that I should only accept the money by mail or off the casino property so as not to be in violation of the trespass.

I am somewhat surprised that the Slot Club Manager is refusing to take or return my calls at this time. I can see them being upset that I won some of their money, but I'm really surprised they are being so unethical by trying to steal the cash back. I guess I have to go through the Gaming Commission now. They told me it may take 4-5 months to get payment because they have to get paid first by the casino then cut a check to me.
