Thanks for the link to a good explanation of the cash vs. accrual methods for individual tax payers. I expect that the majority of gamblers use the cash basis and recognize cashback when it is redeemed rather that when it is earned.

Once you start the process, commission staff will call montelago and tell them to cut you a check because its a Big PIA for the GC to do what they told you has to be done to get you a state check.

It would be interesting factoid as to number of folks Trespass/year.
Doesn't seem published on GC website.

But social networking advertising of experiences like yours, doesn't help the viability of a casino in lake las vegas (nor lake las vegas itself). We looked at a home in LLV last month. $350K for a beautiful home but the HOA charges are like $7K/yr. Apprently LLV didn't pay for the infrastructure up-front something called SIDS.
