Well for what it's worth here's my opinion.
A very interesting article if I do say so.
I don't see a problem with the scenario of asking multiple casinos to pay you off.
I believe that the ethics would mainly come down to the fine print. As long as you aren't doing something that is
excluded in the fine print I can't see an ethical or legal problem.
Presenting a ticket that wasn't used is fraud.
Presenting a ticket for a companion who isn't is fraud.
