Really? What do you mean by "downstairs"? I thought Barona was a
single-floor casino and I also thought that there was absolutely no drinking
anywhere due to the windy road you have to take to get there.

When I went by some time yesterday they had already been changed.
Assuming I haven't made any transcription errors:
65 JB 95.00%
Bonus Poker 1 1 3 5 8 10 25 40 80 50 94.18%
Double Bonus 1 1 3 4 5 8 50 80 160 50 94.19%
Double Double Bonus 1 1 3 4 5 6 94.66%
Deuces Wild 1 2 2 3 4 10 15 94.85%
KBJW 1 1 2 3 4 5 20 40 100 200 95.46%
Bonus Deluxe 1 1 3 4 5 6 95.36%
Triple Double Bonus 1 1 2 4 5 7 94.92%
The first group of %ages copied from the vpFREE pay tables:

It's entirely possible I copied things down wrong or entered them
incorrectly into FVP, so don't take my word for it...

Anyone know if these games have been changed yet? If so, what are the new paytables and/or returns? Thanks.
Re: [vpFREE] Re: Red rock adding 100 percent machines
The Variance is 36.39. If you compare the game to loose deuce you can see
the V delta in the pay schedule. The more common 5k, SF pay a lot more in
SBD and keep you alive for the shot at the RF or the Ducks. I guess I'd call
the 15/10 super full pay, since 15/9 is the more common version , with the
best AC version is 12/9. ...Tom

[vpFREE] Free Bob Dancer Classes Scheduled at South Point
Below is the schedule for my next semester of classes. They will be on Wednesdays this time, for a change, and they will also be in the Grandview Lounge rather than in the Showroom.
The classes are the usual ones for me, except that October 12 will be "Advanced NSU Deuces Wild." This will cover the penalty card situations in that game --- and perhaps more importantly will cover the notation for penalty cards on the Dancer/Daily strategy cards and Winner's Guides. You need to take the regular NSU class the week before (or have taken it in the past and still be competent in that game) in order to take the advanced class.

Tom, you mentioned SB Deuces Wild is way less volatile than LDW. do you know the volatility number associated with this game. I have found numbers for LDW at 70.7, but can't find it for SBDW.
Thanks,

LVA Question of the Day - 23 JUL 2011
Q: Today's is a two-parter on a common theme: "What happened
to the Augustus Cafe at Caesars Palace? Is it closed or
being refurbished?" And: "I was recently on the Excalibur's
website checking on the breakfast specials that were being
offered at Dick's Last Resort and noticed that the Sherwood

I'm in the San Diego area and I wanted to learn optimal play for video poker. Is there any casino in my area which has good payout tables for Jacks or better or Deuces Wild? I want to learn the game but don't want to find out that there are no machines in my area.
Thanks for any tips or suggestions.
