Re: [vpFREE] M-Life Noir/Platinum Level Free Cruise Comp

Platinum level also is given a free 2,3,4 or 5 nite cruise.  We are going next month. . . . We are paying approx $350/taxes, fees, port charges AND TIPS.  Must book 21 days in advance...book by 9/30, sail by 12/16.  Platinum cruise includes OUTSIDE cabin--can up-grade to balcony, but I didn't inquire as to cost.  Hurry if you are Platinum--not many 2,3,4 or 5 nite cruises after Easter--all these ships are going to Europe and Alaska. . . . .   Royal Caribbean is a much better cruise line than Norwegian that CZR uses. . . .  we are sailing on Liberty of Seas.  MGM sent us a glossy mailing to explain this offer. . . .  According to the mailing--there must be special offers/prices for Sapphire, Pearl and Gold too as there are special offers associated with each level:
Sapphire--exclusive Onboard Booking bonus, Ultimate Value Book
Pearl--Onboard Entertainment Tour, Departure Lounge Access
Gold--Priority Onboard Check-In, Onboard Welcome Party, Complimentary Onboard Specialty Dinner (arranged by Casino Host), Five Onboard Drink Vouchers
Platinum--Annual Complimentary Cruise, Priority Wail List for Shore Excursions, Dining and Spa, Ten Onboard Drink Voucher, 30 min free internet onboard
Noir--Annual Complimentary Cruise (7 Day), 15 Onboard Drink vouchers, 60 min onboard internet service

Plus--if you are Platinum--you get all the benefits in your level, plus the Gold and Pearl benefits.  If you're Noir--you get it all. . . . . .

Subject: [vpFREE] M-Life Noir Level Free Cruise Comp

When I was at the Mirage last week the Players Club rep mentioned that a new perk for Noir level is a Royal Caribbean cruise. No one at MGM could provide additional details. I called Royal Caribbean and spoke with Casino Royal. Noir members receive a 7 day Eastern, Western or Southern Caribbean cruise in a balcony cabin. I was quoted $350 for taxes and port charges for me and my wife. The cruise must be booked by 9/30 and taken by 12/16.

RE: [vpFREE] IFLYSWA BIG Sale

I booked my flight from San Jose CA to Las Vegas round=trip for 99.00. The fare is based on miles. This is a great deal for me, because to drive from SJ to Las Vegas is 536.00 which is calculated correctly by SWA would raise the significantly

[vpFREE] Re: My Riviera offers are dwindling

There's been several members shut out from Station offers. Comments have ridiculed their slogan "Station Casinos Loves Winners." We have recently become member's of that club.

Doesn't appear to be the case with Riveria's promo per VPwiz and the other player you mentioned.

I played $1 9/7 DB on the rebate, and this resulted in some very nice offers: 5 nights in a suite, some chunky FP, two show tickets, and a steakhouse comp. Not bad at all. I booked this offer for a summer trip, where I gave an equal amount of action playing $1 8/5 BP. This resulted in an offer for 3 nights in a regular room, FP equal to about 1/3 of my previous offer, plus the show tix and steakhouse comp. So I took them up on this offer twice, returning for two trips in the fall. On these trips, I continued to play $1 8/5 BP, giving the same action on one trip and roughly double the action on the other. The results? Three free nights in a regular room, zero FP, and a freaking t-shirt.

What is your experience with them? Care to share why you believe they hate VP players and winners?

[vpFREE] Re: My Riviera offers are dwindling

I don't expect win/loss experience is the primary factor here ... I came away from the Riv "loss rebate" a year ago up $600, with close to $20k coin in. My first offer was a 5-night suite offer, with $100/night FP (plus other attraxtive goodies).

Each successive quarterly offer has been weaker than the last, parallelling Mark's experience, although in our case we've never returned.

[vpFREE] My Riviera offers are dwindling

It appears the Riviera is tightening up on the room and freeplay offers for out-of-state players like myself. I joined their slot club last April to play the $1000 loss rebate. I played $1 9/7 DB on the rebate, and this resulted in some very nice offers: 5 nights in a suite, some chunky FP, two show tickets, and a steakhouse comp. Not bad at all. I spoke with one other out-of-state player who initially signed up for their loss rebate and he confirmed his offers have been diminishing as well. It appears they simply are not as generous as they were previously. Are there any other Riv players that care to comment or share their experience?
