[vpFREE] Palms NSUD

Sorry if this has been asked before.

I week ago I played and stayed at Palms for the first time in months. In the "full pay" section, the area near reception, next to the 10/6 DDB slant-top machines, there's this sign:

What's going on? The NSUD they have on these machines pay 99.7%. Why would Palms advertise them as 98.8%? Are they just mathematically illiterate?

Tangentially: here's the view from the Palms "ghostbar" balcony at night:

[vpFREE] Any non-US information resources?

Any other places to see what VP pays on cruises, Puerto Rico, the UK, DR, CR etc?

I assume it is mostly grim but you never know.

Thanks

I looked at these Quick Quads at Ellis Island today and they looked OK to me with the 6-coin quads on JoB paying 236. Maybe you were looking at the 5-coin paytable.
