We stopped in from out of town at a Station one time to play for a few hours. At that time I had free play available on my card, but the computer was down the entire time we were there so I never was able to get it. It vaguely seemed like they should do "something" to make up for that, but we had a great session so I didn't really care. Still, wasn't a good thing.

[vpFREE] Re: Station Casinos Status Downgraded?
It seems that a lot of peps has this problem. Wife was told at the booth that there is a glich in the program and it should be fixed soon. SURE! At times, these boothlings should be more responsive to the customers feelings. The higherups should have to face the public and not put the burdon on the know nothings.
Too bad we, the players(who bought and paid for the casinos, whoever owns it), do not have a say so in the hireing of management. HEY OWNERS, they are screwing up your bottom line in the long term. Can you put that in the works???

Re: [vpFREE] I enjoyed Richard Munchkin on GWAE
Was his leaving announced on the show? Richard and Frank are both top notch, just in different ways. Shackelford should be quite good too. His website certainly is.

Subject: [vpFREE] I enjoyed Richard Munchkin on GWAE
Sorry to hear he is leaving. I enjoyed his six month stint as co-host and I developed a healthy respect for his knowledge.
But life goes on, and Michael Shackleford is not chopped liver. On the contrary, the show can only remain equally interesting if not even better. We all know the Wizard is the MAN!
Good luck to all, and I hope the show continues beyond another six months. Whatever happens, it's been great so far! I haven't missed a minute of any show.
By the way, I still miss Frank.

[vpFREE] Re: Station Casinos Status Downgraded?
Just called GVR. The error is online only. If you go to the casino their system has the proper status for everyone. Everybody just calm down now they will still send you the monthly 2 for 1 crappy buffet coupon and free banana holder.

Stations has a habit of computer errors that tick people off. I guess they are hoping people won't notice.
Their campaign should be "WE LOVE LOSERS"
If you win, or keep track of your points you will be at the players club constantly correcting errors or complaining you did not receive a mailer!

[vpFREE] Re: Station Casinos Status Downgraded?
Call the slot club, and your name will be put on a "list" of those whose accoutns are messed up.
Stations has a bad habit of messing up and ticking people off. Quite consistently since their new change.
The " We Love Losers " campaign is in full swing!

Re: [vpFREE] Digest Number 7620
They do not show my status points (whatever they call them) either on the
web site or at the casinos. However, apparently they are collecting them.
The girls at Fiesta are tired of seeing me there but they did tell me I
have Platinum status currently so they seem to be accumulating.

Trying clicking on "Contact Us" there and let them know what's wrong.
Maybe it will eventually get fixed.<<
