While I'm sure there's an element of sadness in Jean's comment, I suspect the greater emotion at play is simply one of gratification.   Jean and Brad have excelled in making casino play enrich their lives.

In their shoes, I'd be very content to largely close the chapter on out-of-town play (at least cross country, in any case ;) .

Because Brad is very frail and really did not feel well enough to play, I only played enough  to run through free play. (The only reason we made the trip was to collect about $2500 in cash and free play.)   It was definitely our last trip to Cherokee and perhaps our last visit to a CZR casino.

Thanks for info.   I forgot about Las Vegas adviser.  Geeze,  My show days include Leno, Celiine, Rickles siegfried & Roy, Joan Rivers, Wayne Newton etc.  Now, maybe  Blake Sheldon or like. U get idea?   Last time I saw Wayne he was at Stardust.

Have seen about 1/2 of everything Mirage properties have had.   Watched Mirage being built while walking many times walking from Frontier to Caesars, Sands etc..    

I wouldn't even be  wondering except it's a special trip.   Thanks...Jeep
