[vpFREE] Re: TDW 99.9%

Ed,

When you say "why play nsud when tdw has a higher return" indicates you don't really understand what a high variance game can do to your bankroll in a very short time. You should do some risk analysis before you play. The difference in return is very small, but the difference in variance is huge. Good luck!

Chris

Sam's Town is the only Boyd property that has FPDW. Palms also has them.

The probability of getting exactly 4 is 1 in 26,437. The probability
of getting 4 or more is 1 in 25,753. So, it's a little more likely
than hitting a royal flush on a single line machine on any given hand.

I drew last week (on my favorite 5c ten play at Rampart) to an inside
straight flush (sadly not a Royal) and caught four of them. Curious what the
odds were of doing that.

[vpFREE] Re: TDW 99.9%

I know in general terms that it can be very high variance if u go a few cycles between deuces. I play quarters.

This is for stations properties...
Stations cuts comps and mailbacks on over 100% games

Why play nsud whgamesen tdw has higher return?

Suggestions on where else to play fpdw on a regular basis? Are boyd properties good for fpdw? I could do mid lvl at both...

Indeed. I used to play the $1 version and I was stuck $14K before
ever getting a W-2G.

The swings can be horrific because there's so large a drain between jackpots.

First of all, I am not convinced that playing TDW in addition to FPDW will get you more offers. It's quite possible they will "punish" you for the play on FPDW and leave it at that. Maybe, maybe not.

But if you don't know it already, these are two ENTIRELY different games. And I don't mean just the few strategy differences. I don't know how much TDW you have played but I recommend getting a good feel for it. It can get pretty ugly.

Re: [vpFREE] Re: TDW 99.9%

If you do not have the free version of frugal video poker, you can get
it from this link:

http://www.wolfvideopoker.com/FVP.htm

Then select TDW as the machine and generate your own strategy chart and
print it out.
