The video poker at Monticello is legal and "legitimate" (whatever that means) however it is not a random deal.

Yeah, they changed the law while I wasn't looking.  I was encouraging friends that the game was worth playing and I was leading them to slaughter.  I miss the old Monticello when it was just horse racing.  But I was just a kid then so what did I know.

Nevada gaming rules are available online and if you do a search you will see that the current law states that a machine manufactured in Nevada must be legal in the jurisdiction where it is shipped to. This is not new and has been the regulation for about five years or more.

Video poker related file uploads can be allowed if you send me a
private message when you are ready to do the upload.

Uploading photos to the photo directory here is allowed all the time.
There's a "Miscellaneous" photo album available.
