I recall after being trespassed at Ellis Island, I got a monthly mailer. Immediately thereafter came a certified letter stating to ignore the mailer and that the trespass was still in effect. Karen Dorsey is going to see to it that Gary Ellis ain't fleeced by no gamblers!

A Coast club attendant who had been briefed on the new locals mailers told me that the combined mailers are based on your play at all four casinos.

I regularly play at three of the Coasts. The free play and food in my November combined mailer is very close to what I expected for individual property mailers.

There are only a few offers on my online account other than those that are in the combined mailer, such as the Gold Coast buffet discount for which I received a coupon a week or so ago via snail mail. There were other offers from individual casinos on my online account at first but they have disappeared now.

This is complete B.S., just more of the same from Nevada courts chained to the gaming industry.

Under common law, an invitation rescinds a trespass. Period.

I think that these 'combined' mailers are extra benefits
given by a Boyd marketing division separate from each of
the casino's own marketing departments. My two main
reasons for this opinion are:

- I still have been given my usual mailers from 3 of
the properties listed in the combined mailer. I haven't
played at the 4th property lately. (So far, no snail mail,
but my usual offers were visible online the same day I
got my combined mailer, perhaps coincidentally.)

- Stations casinos did something VERY similar just a few
months ago and I think Boyd is copying them. The free
play included was available at ANY station casino,just
like the Boyd mailer.

LVA Question of the Day - 28 OCT 2012

Q: Many years ago there was a show at New York-New York,
which had street musicians I believe mostly from New York
City - it was very good and our daughter bought the CD from
it as it was being sold by a "street person" in the theatre
from a raincoat lining - she has lost the CD and i would
really like to replace it for her - any ideas?
