I think that these 'combined' mailers are extra benefits
given by a Boyd marketing division separate from each of
the casino's own marketing departments. My two main
reasons for this opinion are:
- I still have been given my usual mailers from 3 of
the properties listed in the combined mailer. I haven't
played at the 4th property lately. (So far, no snail mail,
but my usual offers were visible online the same day I
got my combined mailer, perhaps coincidentally.)
- Stations casinos did something VERY similar just a few
months ago and I think Boyd is copying them. The free
play included was available at ANY station casino,just
like the Boyd mailer.
