[vpFREE] Scot Krause's LVA Players Club Bonus Points Update - 22 OCT 2011
[vpFREE] A little help please
Played FPDW at GVR this trip to Vegas. Their machines say $4=3pts.
I played about 5200 points. (which earned me a whole $5).
Was this enough hands on average to have hit the deuces? I didn't btw.
Ended up about $80 down. Made $120 in a session of live poker at GN.
GVR was ok, but don't think I'd stay there again.
Going again in Feb. What game would you recommend I practice that pays 100% and is widely available?
Thanks
Brad

Re: [vpFREE] [XVP] vpFree getting caught in Google Spam again
Gmail does have a bit of a habit of doing that, primarily because other members are identifying a message from a particular sender as spam, or because they are sending out so many that they are thought of as spam. You can get around though.
One of the more useful features of Gmail is the ability to create "Filters". The link is up top next to the "Search the Web" button. By clicking on it, you can follow a couple of step process and direct the messages to wherever you want them to go. You can, for example, create a folder called "VPFree" and direct that all the messages bypass the inbox, and go directly to the folder. The folder list appears on the left side of the screen, under where the inbox, sent mail, drafts, etc. appear.
What is really neat about creating these folders and filters is that any folder with a new, unread message or messages will be in bold, with the number of unread messages in parentheses. So rather than having to go through your entire inbox, when you're pressed for time, you can click on the folder and display only your VPFree messages. You can create as many of these folders & filters as you want (at least I've never hit an upper limit, and I've got more than 100 of them, directed into 15 different folders. You could, for example, direct all casino emails into one folder and see all your new offers in one place.
It takes a little bit of time, but the benefits are many. BTW, there are a number of different criteria you can use as a filter device (From, To, Subject, etc.)
Certainly the game is rigged. Don't let that stop you; if you don't bet, you can't win. -Lazarus Long
In theory, there is no difference between theory and practice. But, in practice, there is. -Yogi Berra
There is no such thing as luck. There is only adequate or inadequate preparation to cope with a statistical universe. -Robert Heinlein

Yes, I've seen it very lately. It's on a Multi-Strike machine, as it's listed in vpFREE2.

Choppin' cotton or choppin' corn it's all the same thing. Those little plants fight each other for soil, water and sunlight. You have to thin them out to give the survivors "room to grow." It's probably where that saying comes from. If you don't thin them out you'll wind up with a stunted crop.

Not only do I know what it is, I have done it. Cotton is a delicate plant and in order to get a good stand the farmer planted way too many seeds. If all or most came up and made a seedling they were too thick (too close together). So some of them had to be chopped out to make the correct number of plants for optimal production. Of course grass and weeds were also removed at the same time.

It means those machines do not accept or dispense TITO tickets. When you cash out, you're going to get coins.
