No I wouldn't....at least not one so far away. To me, there's no difference going to the Peppermill for instance, for some play with no promotion, or to Revel for this loss rebate. And that's because I don't ever play expecting to lose. But if such a promo ever became available in a nearby casino and I were going to play anyway, that's the casino I'd visit.
