If you currently play slots/vp at the casino, then merely playing the FP through once on whatever machines you normally play, and cashing it out (or continuing to play to your typical coin-in), effectively converts the FP to cash "$ for $".
(Any losses/wins you experience in playing through the FP are those that you would have encountered anyway in your standard play.)
If your standard play selection in the casino (presumably vp) represents an optimal choice for you (given machine characteristics and personal preferences), then there's no reason to think that it would be optimal to play the FP through on something else.
