For me it was the opposite. My destination host said I had to be reimbursed by my dominant property, which my host at my dominant party took care of.

Yes. My host said they're running 4-6 weeks behind. He just had me book and reimbursed me. Talk to your host at your dominant property.

I requested my trip at the end of January and I still do not have a flight confirmation.  Has anyone been waiting a month to get their flight?  Why not let people book their own and reimburse them if you can't handle the volume.  It takes me less than 5 minutes online to book a flight.  This is just way beyond bad service.
