First, Nolan is fine. He did contact Bob by email shortly after our show time Bob simply went to sleep without forwarding me the message.
Nolan's reasons for missing the interview were perfectly understandable and we are hoping to reschedule him in the very near future. He's more upset about it than we are by a large margin.
I have also missed one interview during my radio career and can hardly fault anyone for something I've done myself.
Look at it this way, if everyone was perfect they would have a better ending for this sentence.
