As misscraps suggests, you should first confirm that the host in question is still employed as a host in the casino. (A call routed through the casino operator should be sufficient.)
Assuming that they are, and that this problem has persisted for at least a few weeks (confirming that the situation hasn't arisen because the host is out of office, or otherwise preoccupied), my recommendation is not to attempt to rectify the problem but instead seek out another host to service your account.
The strongest referral that you can seek out is through another player in the casino who you know fairly well and is fully satisfied with their host. Get appropriate contact info, call to introduce yourself, and say that your friend has been singing their praises. You're interested in reassignment to them and would appreciate information on how that might be accomplished.
No need to trash your current host. Just say that the rapport hasn't been as strong as you'd prefer.
Best of luck!
