I took advantage of a similar offer earlier this year in April, and the Reel Rewards coupons were accepted in all of the VP machines I played on at the Rio. No problems at all.
You bring your offer to the casino cage and they give you generic coupons......same as the ones you usually get for other Caesar's promos.
