Currently waiting on Wynn and Cosmopolitan. Anybody who played at these two casinos who requested them got thiers yet. I wish all the casinos would let you obtain these online. I like to have all the statements on hand when I prepare my return in the off chance I missed a w-2 form. I already requested the forms when I was in Las Vegas the first week of January. Wynn said it wasn't necessary as I got one from them last year and they mail out automatically. Cosmo said they would take care of it but they are so disorganized I'm sure I will have to request again.
