PS - the term "full-pay" was coined by the late / great Lenny Fromme. It was
an iconic catch phrase , in that it reminded a person of pay schedules and
how to separate the tourist casinos from the real players. As a case in
point, the old Pioneer club on Fremont use to have 10/7 double bonus. When
they switched down to 9/6 the board message was "pioneer...no longer have
full pay" , and most of us knew exactly what that meant.
