A lot has been written and will have to find the websites about the quality of tap water perhaps being equal to many bottled waters without all the plastic bottles ending up in landfills. A fast one may have been put over us by many in the bottled water industry to sell their product ( I drink it too as the cocktail waitress brings it when you requets water) creating the thought that tap water is unfit. I am sure that the case is the sam ein most places tap water and bottled water can be good or bad and tests seem to indicate this.

security in your carry-on. So, before I leave town (both ways), I
have an empty bottle ready (just save one of those bottles that you
get at the casino--keep it in the refrigerator until you are ready to
go) and when I get through security, I fill it with water from the
fountain in the airports. Works for me--and I'm very cheap--or is that
"frugal".
Katy, I do the same thing. Yes, there is a fine line between "cheap" and
"frugal." I consider this "frugal" because it only is a bother for myself.
I consider something "cheap" if it is a bother or imposition for someone
else!
