So, following Mickey's example, the average Royal would be 4000 X 5 + 50,000
= 70,000 / 6 = 11,666.
Certainly, holding the AT in the proper position is correct over just the A,
penalty cards notwithstanding. Probably, it's better than anything less than
an inside straight with three high cards.
