Today I tried to use my Fiesta points to purchase cigars in the Santa
Fe gift shop. I have done this for the past three years or so. Go to
the booth with both Fiesta card and Stations card, ask that, say
120,000 points, be transfered to Stations and then get a comp for $200
for "cigar bucks".
Was told that the new policy is that the Fiesta points cannot be
transferred and used for ANY purchases in the gift shop. Its still OK
to transfer points for food, though.
