I saw a phone confiscated once (it could have been a PDA). The owner
deserved it as he made it so obvious.
General advice: If you have a vp program on a mobile device -- DON'T USE IT
IN THE CASINO.
I've had WinPoker on my phone for 2 years & I have yet to use it in or out
of the casino. For most people, the reason for using it is to check plays
that are so close, you're talking about pennies/hr. If you really want to be
good, practice at home or in your room but be smart & don't do it on the
casino floor.

I have not seen it happen yet, but I assume that you could possibly have
your phone confiscated and/or be trespassed from a property if you are
caught using one. With the level of paranoia at some casinos here in town,
it is probably only a question of time until this happens.
