Howard Grossman passed last Friday, April 29th. Services were held yesterday at Palm Mortuary. For those that don't know, Howard invented and received the patent on the blackjack game Super Fun 21 back in the late '90's. He was also an avid video poker player for a number of years. Some of you may remember him playing the jokers over at the Fiesta a few years ago, but Howard had been involved in gaming for a long time. Coincidentally, I have a neighbor who was a floor man back in the day, and broke Howard in as a blackjack dealer at the Las Vegas Club back in the '70's. I had not seen Howard in probably more than a year and have no idea related to the cause of death, but he was only 65
years old.
