Q: I recently heard that there are plans to build a 30-story
high rise "farm" in Las Vegas and that food produced there is
to be used in local casinos. OK, I´m really curious. Who´s
brainchild is this? Are they planning to use hydroponics or
some other means to produce products? What do they plan on
growing? How many people will this employ? Are casinos
involved and backing this? So many questions ... so I´ve
turned to the LVA gods!
