It's strangers who want
to carry on a running conversation with ME that cause me problems.
I tell them, "I cannot talk and play at the same time.. too confusing." And
that usually ends it. If they are standing, watching me, I stop play, turn
and watch them. Quietly, not threateningly. Just do it.
