Just received an email from NCL detailing their relaxed cancellation policy,  It's a considerable relief to Bev and myself, who are booked on a May Western Mediterranean cruise with two family members.

Carnival Cruise Line is allowing rebooking of cruises for March. You do need to be able to tell them when you would like to rebook to, so explore some options before calling.

Using the explanation of AARP informed me about CDC warning that "older people and those with underlying chronic conditions should avoid nonessential travel" works.
