Well if the casino cheats you're obviously screwed, but I did state that it was a can't lose based on a straight rebate with no restrictions, you start adding restrictions and other possibilities then you are redefining the situation.
If anybody cares what I think, they could define a specific situation and I'd be happy to respond with what I would do in that specific situation.

You are trusting that the casino will in fact give you back $200. History shows that's clearly not always the case. There is some real probability that the casino will not hold to its promise and you will have to go to gaming and possibly hire an attorney, which incurs more costs. Also, the casino probably isn't going to give you $200 anyway, they are going to give you $200 in freeplay, maybe, which is not the same as cash. It has to be converted to cash, ("monetized"), which might or might not incur additional expenses.
