1. Loss rebates.I figure playing higher volatility and more aggressively is appropriate, because you are in a can't lose situation. This assumes a straight rebate situation without a bunch of complicated requirements.
I believe the "can't lose" philosophy on rebates is "flawed." You certainly can lose the first time around as well as the second time.
