I usually give the drivers $20 going to the casino as they have to arrive early, park and wait inside to find you. Then they carry your bags for you to the car. Going back to the airport I give them $10 as all they have to do is drop you off. When I take a cab from Bally's to the airport it's usually about $17 including the tip.
