Re: [vpFREE] Re: CONUNDRUM

Richard,

You're absolutely right!

Having eliminated fraud, stalking, change of tier status, cell phones, cell phone cases, solar eclipses and those contrails left by the black helicopters, the only other possible explanation is:

Colonel Mustard, in the Library, with the Candlestick!

Elementary!

Seriously though, I strongly suspect some aspect of your play aroused their curiosity, since I don't remember anyone else mentioning this or chiming in that it happened to them at the same place, although that just might be my CRS.

Maybe you take advantage of every promotion, or have recently started taking advantage of more promotions. Maybe your play on an average day has dropped. I'd review my trips, and see if I changed any previously predictable patterns, like going during the week when you only went on weekends previously. Did they possibly think you might have pulled your card at some point.

I can't, obviously, pinpoint what it might be, but unless there are a bunch of others who are experiencing the same mysterious card deactivation there, I'd assume that there are eyes on me at all times, and try to make sure that I'm not doing anything that would cause them to no-mail me.

Guru,

Having read the Complete Sherlock Holmes at least 3 times, I cannot dispute his logic. However, I doubt that all possibilities have been considered.

Best guess, therefore, is that something about you individually triggered the system to cancel your existing cards, requiring an in-person visit to have new cards re-issued.

Possibly some aspect of your play gave off a suspicious hint, to either the system itself or to a member of the casino staff, of someone else using your card to take advantage of FSP or cashback or perhaps . . . .one of the boothlings is stalking you.

Dennis, I appreciate the attempt, but

1.Charlie's cards actually expire every 4 months, however do not become invalid at that time.

2. Some of the cards which were deactivated were issued in January 2014

The simplest answer was given when you said it was AZ Charlies, where cards expire every 6 months.
