Thanks for the trip report -- I miss the time when they were plentiful on this list.
One question and one comment. I was just curious why you tend to stay in condos rather than hotels.
And the comment. I had the same reaction to the Brian Wilson/Jeff Beck concert, which I caught in New York City. You did miss Brian and part of his band coming back during the tail end of Beck's set, where Beck played "Surfs Up" on his guitar with background vocals from Brian, Al, Mike, and Jeff. And at the end, both bands got together and played some old Beach Boy hits.
