I believe you are saying that since we can play Bonus Poker using Jacks or Better strategy and only lose a small amount of ER on regular video poker, can we also do this on Multi-Strike. (As you said you are of course using different strategies for levels 1, 2 and 3.)
My answer is yes, I think it is logical that this should not diminish your ER very much.
P.S. A few are still out there, but I rarely see knowledgeable players playing Multi-Strike any more. They have migrated to games like Ulitimate X and Quick Quads in casinos that have these other games.
