My brother-in-law had a reserved car in Vegas and Thursday Dollar was out of cars. They told him to go to hotel and come back tomorrow. It was busy then and he really didn't put up a fight.( I would have) Like a good obedient customer he took cab to Rio. He went back tomorrow. They had car and quoted $650.00 price. So in law produces reservation for car at $180. Sorry, that reservation was for yesterday.
Has service rotted out to the point that the customer means nothing today. No respect, no honor and don't care. It's what's in it for me.. Or is this just a fluke? He wound up with some car from ,I believe, EZ Rental or sounds like that.
who seems to be rental friendly these days?
