That was a fascinating report on the progressive, however, 6 nights at Bellagio seems worthy of a trip report in it's own right!
I stayed there a mere single night last month, reintroducing myself to the property after a 10 year absence. (It once was our favorite LV property, but after they pulled $1 jb, play simply became a little too pricey for our bankroll!)
I found I'm still in love with the property, but came away with one curious observation:
I opted for dinner at Prime Steakhouse, which served up an excellent dinner, but one that paled compared to the price tag. We're talking $84 for a bone-in filet, $12 for the potato, $12 for sauteed mushrooms, and $16 for the salad.
Those prices put the restaurant on par with one of the finest steakhouses in Philly (Barlcay Prime), and frankly Bellagio's "Prime" doesn't hold a candle to it.
