Do you know whether two Seven Stars from the same household can use one of their seven stars annual cruises and one "free" cert from a promotion on the same cruise?

In other words:
Promo Cert + Promo Cert = No
7* Cert + 7* Cert = Yes (based on your post)
Promo Cert + 7* Cert = ???
