[vpFREE] Re: Seven Stars Event

I'm very forgiving of what I see as unfortunate, but reasonable delay. I have little to no tolerance for lousy service.

Were there now only "100 of us" 7* in AC, I fully expect they might come through with the top flight service you suggest you received as an "early adapter" 7* in LV ... a handful of top players on any given day likely can easily be accommodated with exceptional service.

But the average is around 600+ for each of the 4 properties in AC now (I think Showboat is reported as having the least, at a little over 400). That makes is a little more difficult, logistically, to treat each player as an exception -- in most instances, AC properties perform admirably.

But the reality is that during the summer most AC properties (particularly Harrah's Resort) are sell-outs every night. If you presume that most guests wait until noon to check out (and many who leave earlier tend to just walk from the property without availing themselves of the express check-out ... leaving the property guessing when a room is vacant), then it can be unreasonable to assume that a guest checking in at 2p will have a ready room if they have specific room preferences.

I have always found limo rides, where we've taken advantage of them, to be prompt and never had reason to complain. Shared rides are another story, and simple logistics lead me to grant 15 minutes leeway for departure (which isn't to say that the driver shouldn't seek an expedited exit where feasible).

Of course, bottom line, I have this to say: If there's any other casino group who gives a player better treatment, then they have every reason to speak with their money and seek it out.

This is years ago when they first started the 7 star and there were less than 100 of us at the time. Check in was never longer than 5 minutes and I could show up whenever we wanted and get a room that was ready within minutes even if it was 3 AM. I never waited more than a few minutes for anything including limo rides. I guess the program has grown a little big for them or they just care a little less now.
