Keep in mind that in Oct 2009, MCC did the EXACT same thing that Suncoast is currently doing. They ran a 3x points promo which was advertised heavily and open to the public.
Then they closed the club accounts (though technically did not 86 anyone) of the heaviest players during the promotion.
And, no, I'm not confused with Greektown (where something similar happened several years back and Dancer later consulted).
