Since Mlife rolled out, I am getting the same number of offers, but the freeplay included in them is a bit less than it was prior to the rollout.
Basically, depending on the property, my offers are what would be been the one or two tiers lower than iwas getting under the old system.
From what I've heard from others and seen posted on other forums, that seems to be the case for most.
I don't know if this drop is due to a tightening up by MGM or if the new system's increased focus on daily play/theo vs. the old system's focus on trip play, trip theo, and a little bit of trip actual win/loss, but I wouldn't be too surprised if that were the case.
Like Mickey, I'd love to hear some more reports from the group. True, there are much more +EV places to play than any of the MGM properties, but my wife really love staying/playing at couple of their properties, so they will continue to get (some of) our play.

A year ago I might have seen 20 offers from 6 or 7 properties (including those where I had not played but might want to try, like Luxor). Heck, I even received an early New Year's RFB offer from NYNY and haven't played there in five YEARS.
