They may know their business better than you do. What if, excluding the
factor of 86ing anyone, the optimal policy for the Suncoast is to
occasionally offer 10x point coupons? The advantage play will cost
them, but the "good" business it brings in more than compensates for it.
And what if, in addition to that policy, 86ing advantage players makes
it even more profitable? How do you know that's not true? They might
not have been surprised.
