I use the same stuff but in addition, I loaded the Yahoo toolbar in Firefox because it has the CA Yahoo Anti-spy application. I've found it to be incredibly fast at checking for malware and it seems to find stuff the other ones don't. The only time I let the Yahoo toolbar show is when I want to use the anti-spy application.
