Buffet food is like bargain hamburger or government cheese. You have
to keep it over/under, something like over 180oF or under 50oF,
otherwise all that nasty stuff in there starts multiplying and will
make you sick, big time. Watch or read "Fast Food Nation" if you want
to know all about that extra ingredient. It ain't Soylent Green, more
like Soylent Brown. Thank you Charlton Heston. Then there's that nasty
five second rule, if an order drops on the ground, it's ok as long as
it gets picked up before five seconds elapse. Now, would you like
special sauce on your order?
