"Incentive (bounce back)" is the same as "Bounce Back Cash" which
is defined in FAQ #35: "It is cash or free play that casinos
award their better patrons for redemption on designated dates.
BBC is often on a "Don't ask, Won't tell" basis and the amount
can be influenced by coin-in, daily average, theoretical loss,
machines played, length of time played and actual win or loss
over some qualifying period."
The "12AM to 12AM" refers to the hours that Bounce Back Cash can
be redeemed on the designated days.
