In Jean Scott's column, she says: "For anyone in this "skilled" category, it is a delicate balancing act. There are always dual goals working here – the money part and the fun part."
But, isn't this the case with just about everything that we do? We balance almost everything in life. We attend shows that we think we are going to like, balanced against ticket cost. The same with restaurants. Or, books that we read. Or, automobiles that we buy. Recreational (or "skilled") gambling seems to be the same to me.
