I think Jean's use of the term skilled player is too broad. If you don't know that full pay Jacks or better isn't a 100% game you are not a skilled player.
I'd probably use the term slightly educated player. I'd call a skilled player someone with the same basic skills as the advantage player, but plays in situations that are below 100% because of all the other benefits that he/she may be getting. That's the category where I place myself.
