Those were never considered full pay. They were always considered to be much better. By definition full pay means the best commonly available pay schedule.

I can remember when full pay jacks or better was a 100% plus game at Vegas World.They offered both 10/6 and 9/7, ahh those were the days.

I'd probably use the term slightly educated player. I'd call a skilled player someone with the same basic skills as the advantage player, but plays in situations that are below 100% because of all the other benefits that he/she may be getting. That's the category where I place myself.
