Most people lose accuracy when they concentrate on speed.  I NEVER recommend that someone tries to play as fast as they can (unless it is in a speed tournament).  I DO recommend that you concentrate on accuracy and as you get more experienced your speed will naturally pick up. But there is always the danger of losing concentration, being distracted, getting tired – even if you are a long-term player.  So keeping your aim toward accuracy is always better than shooting for speed.

Wouldn't want to challenge anybody, but I'd love to see a video of someone playing that fast just to see how accurately they played.

It's been covered before, check the archives, Frank Kneeland is the fastest in Vegas, he won all the speed and endurance tournaments when they still had them. He idles around 3000 hph, but he doesn't like to brag about it. If you want to challenge him for money, he might be interested.
